Tune the pattern and how you'll answer it, then generate. Everything composes — pick a difficulty, length, answer type, and (for essays) a timer.
How buried each issue is — Gentle gives one clean issue with no traps; Brutal hides issues among red herrings and close calls. It changes the trickiness, not which issues are tested.
Longer fact patterns are harder — not because the law changes, but because you must read through more irrelevant detail and manage your time, just like the real exam.
Sets how the model answer is written — Prose vs. a bulleted element list, and Concise vs. Comprehensive. Affects only the example shown, never your score.
What you write: a Rule statement, an Application (apply the law to the facts), or a Full essay graded on the authentic 1–6 bar scale.
